Katie Milner Neace is the founder of Coastal Architects, LLC bringing nearly 20 years experience in residential design. Originally from Montgomery, Alabama, Katie is an Auburn University graduate who has called Santa Rosa Beach, Florida her home for the past 15 years. She currently serves as the Town Architect for WaterColor community, a role she has held for the last 2 years. Passionate about thoughtful, coastal-inspired design, Katie is known for her commitment to creating spaces that feel both timeless and deeply personal.
